Game Description
“Atelier Yumia” is a story about “memory”. Explore the field to gather materials and synthesis items. The items you create can be key to advancing the story and can also be used in battles and exploration. Additionally, you can create your own base with “Building” in the field.

Game Features

  • System: Collect, battle, create – Experience it all on your journey with friends. Freely traverse the vast open field in all directions. The continent is an unexplored land where the player can use a wide range of items and actions to forge their path forward.
  • Battle: Ranges and items allow for a captivating variety of actions in combat. You will be tested on your ability to make split-second decisions during real-time combat. Fight strategically utilizing two types of attack ranges which change your skills as your switch between them. Additionally, synthesized items will transform into weapons like swords and spears, which can be used to attack. Items can be reused any number of times, so don’t hesitate to deploy them while driving away enemies that stand in your way.
  • Synthesis: Weave together mana to create items. Manipulate the mana contained within ingredients to create new items based on recipes. The items you craft will exhibit powerful effects in various situations, such as exploration and combat. The strength of an item’s power depends on the ingredients used during synthesis, so select ingredients carefully while assessing the power of their contained mana.
  • Create items while out in the field and customize bases however you like!: You can use Simple Synthesis to create exploration tools for opening the path forward, as well as items that will benefit you during combat and synthesis. You can also use the Building feature to construct bases and then decorate them with furniture to your liking.
  • Story: The Aladissian Empire once thrived on a certain continent, having achieved remarkable development through alchemy that kept other nations at bay. However, it met its end due to a sudden and mysterious cataclysm. Time progressed, and several centuries later, alchemy has become known as a dangerous art that brings destruction, and is considered “evil” and “taboo.” Now, a lone alchemist takes her first step into this unexplored and perilous land. Her name is Yumia Liessfeldt, and after losing her mother in an accident three years ago, she came to learn that she descends from a line of alchemists, which left her with many questions. Why was Aladiss destroyed? Why did alchemy become taboo? Is alchemy truly evil? Believing that all the truths she seeks lie within the fallen continent, Yumia embarks on a journey to uncover its lost history.

  • Gameplay: Collect Records, Draw Power, and Beat Back Evil! – Pour some gasoline, light a fire, power-up your drumming, and bring the mayhem! Use the metal band’s own music against them by collecting the lost music records found in every level. Place them in the record player at the end of the level and you’ll be able to absorb the musical powers they contain. Choose one of a dark trinity of tracks to add to your playlist! These tracks will imbue you & your drumsticks with different corrupted powers. Oil or fire? Lightning or holy light? Build a playlist as you escape to grow skillful enough to beat your way through the hordes of corrupted using only your drumsticks. Combine different track elements during each run to create mayhem in the most offbeat ways!
  • Gameplay Experience – Armed with your playlist, you will slay your way through corrupted catacombs, abandoned graveyards, and harrowed church halls to collect more cursed records. But don’t be fooled by the drumsticks! This is not a rhythm game, and the drummer is always replaceable in this band…
  • Battle of the Bosses – No one likes being rejected, and it seems like this motley crew of musicians like you even less. At the end of each level, the metal band that underestimated your skills will fight you in a blistering solo battle. You must defeat every one of them to earn your freedom. Each member has unique and over-the-top abilities with their own fighting style. Fight a physical duel using your drumsticks against the keyboardist, the strings section, and the rest of the band! It’s every drummer’s dream to have a Battle of the Band!
  • BingBong’s Bodega – This economy runs on guitar picks and exposure. Your only companion in this hellscape is BingBong, a seemingly friendly voidling, who helps you along your quest by advancing your drumming skills… for a price. His booth at the end of each level is open to trade in guitar picks for something a bit more useful on a run or to put some pep back into your step. Back in the Sanctuary, each new drummer can use the EXP (or Exposure) acquired by their recently fallen band mate to gain more perks for their upcoming escape attempt. So that they might succeed where the previous drummers did not, or at least pave the way for the next one in line.
  • The Soundtrack That Fights Back – Metavoidal features 16 original songs, 72 variations, and over 60 dedicated drum tracks, split across 4 elemental albums: Fire, Lightning, Oil, and Holy – all composed exclusively for the game.   • Rewrite the Universe – In Reality Break, almost everything is modifiable with the Rewrite mechanic. Upgrade and change the attributes of your equipment, unlock mythical abilities, and change the course of the future. The possibilities are endless! Found a powerful item that’s too big to equip on your ship? Alter its existence into something that fits! Feeling pressed for time on a mission with a ticking timer? Double the time you have left! Maybe you wish that a rare item was actually an epic? Upgrade it to an epic item… or better! Think a mission is too easy for you? Alter the difficulty and give yourself a challenge along with better rewards! A multitude of things can be altered, but such power always comes with a cost. Will you successfully balance your current needs against future benefits?
  • Opt-in Roguelite – Resetting your timeline will cause a ripple effect across many elements of the game, often in surprising and subtle ways. Each time you reset, you will gain Reality Points which can be allocated to talents that majorly alter reality itself, applying those changes to both current and future pilots via a metagame talent system. Unlocking talents always makes a big difference in the gameplay. Some talents include: expert challenges that test your skills in exchange for additional rewards, activation of ultra-powerful Fate Affixes that will sometimes appear on random loot, preservation of a favored item that you would like to bring with you to the next timeline, and even preventing the dropping of low-quality loot completely. With each new timeline, you’ll discover new elements and features to change your experience in Reality Break.
  • Interconnected Systems – Play through multiple timelines, upgrade your ship, and discover fantastical powers for your pilot. Use the Analysis system in real-time to unlock Discoveries for your items! Come back to the game the next day or the next week to discover just how powerful your loot has gotten. If it’s taking too long, Rewrite the Analysis system itself to speed it up! Through the Codex, obtain powerful Set Bonuses by looting specific groups of item types. Then, upgrade the Codex to scale its bonuses based on the rarity of the loot you find, and even Rewrite it so you can activate more than a single Set Bonus at a time! Buy ship upgrades from the Tech Specialist, including slots for brand new types of equipment, such as deadly Drones that grant unique bonuses. Your ship can only fit so many upgrades, so choose wisely… or grow strong enough to Rewrite those limitations out of existence!
  • An Evolving Story – Altering the fabric of reality itself is no trivial power. It will not go unnoticed. You may get away with it for some time, but as your capabilities increase, so too will the threats you awaken! Game Description
Minimalistic Skyrim + West of Loathing + Supraland. An RPG-lite adventure with intentionally twisted traditional role-playing games aspects, where your choices do matter.

Dungeon as a Twisted Disneyland – Dungeons are held by the Island’s administration. There is a technical floor, the workers of which make sure that torches are lit, traps are working and monsters are healed after a raid. Gritty Secrets – You’re stuck on an Adventure Island. There’s a local attraction – the Dungeon, where you can raid, explore, loot, gain experience and level up. Just buy an adventurer’s ticket, pass a turnstile, enter the elevator and choose the floor. The workers of the Island’s administration make sure that traps are working, torches are lit and monsters are healed after raids. At the first glance, everything seems PERFECT for an aspiring adventurer, so why leave? Turns out that everything is not as it seems. There’s a dark, dirty secret that the Cool King is hiding. Which is not cool. Monsters are tired of the constant respawn loop, their lives are like a groundhog day. But the main monster, the Glitchy Dragon, went out of control and broke the game’s rules in order to find the right person for his (in)genius plan. Maybe it’s you? It’s up to you to decide!

Game Features

  • You don’t need to eat food to heal – just pluck a piece of bread into a wound.
  • No need to sort out what’s to sell to a merchant: everything you collect is simply considered as “loot” and you sell a pile of such loot by weight.
  • There is an inventory and leveling up, but no complex skill-trees and inventory management.
  • The Dragon, the main antagonist(?), constantly glitches and breaks the game’s rules. Find out why! Well… or don’t. It’s your choice, and it matters, like choices in RPGs should.
  • NO FISHING MINI-GAMES.
