Sometimes I watch videos about people, who spend time of tech support scammers, which are trying to get money from elders (mostly) in western countries. It’s pretty disturbing entertainment, but somehow I like to watch them.

Most of those call-centers are located in India and Bangladesh. So I want to ask my users from these countries – what to you think of those scammers? Is it a respectable job? What people think of them? How lying and stealing money fits into karma concept? No offence, I’m just curious. Want to listen to as many opinions as possible.

Update: Thanks to everybody, who participated in the discussion – I have a full spectrum of opinions now. If someone felt offended by questions I’ve asked – please don’t be, I didn’t mean harm when asking. Just pure quriocity based on information I had before. Since this topic became pretty toxic and even racist, I’m closing it for new comments.

This is a public test of the changed/fixed installer for my Detroit: Become Human repack.

It SHOULD FIX all crashes and muted characters through the game.

Before I update my repack on torrents and other mirrors, I want people who already have the game and who faced issues, re-install repack with these new files and check if problems are gone.

Instructions:

• Download zip-file and unpack it to ORIGINAL REPACK folder (NOT where you’ve installed the game), overwrite existing setup.exe and fg-07.bin
• Uninstall your existing Detroit copy. Your saves WON’T be deleted, don’t worry
• Reinstall the game with 1 or more languages (I’d prefer NOT complete installation for better testing)
• If you already have passed the game once and faced the issue with “Not responding” at the last scene, you may also install credits, which will be shown after one of the game’s endings
• Play the game, check the scenes that previously crashed for you (Kara & Bus, Jericho, etc.)
• Check if all voices for your language(s) are not muted and sound correctly
• Post your results in comments to this topic

I want to know how many THREADS (NOT CORES!) your CPUs have, for future reference.

Since Google Drive links are easily reported and DMCAed, Hermietkreeft and Anadius have developed a workaround, which allows copying his Google Drive files to your Google Drive w/o exposing the origional file ids, so they couldn’t be reported and removed. This method will ensure GD links to stay alive forever.

Today is a great day indeed! Just a few hours ago C000005 released a fresh crack for Middle-Earth: Shadow of War v1.21. Less than an hour ago he released another game – a new build of SoulCalibur 6 (I will release my repack pretty soon). But moreover, he created a poll, where you, people, can vote for games that will be cracked under EMPRESS brand (new name of C000005). Nobody in the world did it before. Now YOU can decide, where Denuvo will be hit next – stomach, head or groin. Don’t miss the opportunity!

Once in a while I create posts like this. And I hate ’em. The last one was made more than a year ago, when the incoming donations question raised high. The same situation happens again. A few months ago my mining donations has been stopped, and now it seems to be  gone permanently. So the only way I can accept donations returned back to the roots – classic crypto transactions.

In 2019 year I had to switch to a more powerful hosting due to increased site traffic and had to lease another, more powerful seedbox. Unfortunately, just a tiny little small percentage of people actually donate something. Then we see copycat sites like fitgirl-repacks.cc and fitgirlrepacks.co, which simply use my design, my posts etc., but they have replaced my BTC/ETH/… donation addresses to their own. And some poor souls just send them their money w/o knowing they are feeding the crooks.

Long story short – that stash that was accumulated via donation mining and direct donations for a year is almost depleted now.

And, this post is, like, BUMP. So if you have free money you could donate to the cause – proceed to my Donation page and see the ways you can financially make this site running. Even if you don’t have any crypto – there are easy ways of buying it. Especially when BTC is on the rise and you can make some %$ in the future 🙂
